You’ll eat and drink your way through meticulously paired food wine and food courses and intermezzos while learning from Chef Wade Garrison and Utah's finest Sommelier, Jim Santangelo.

We’ll be tasting white and red wines throughout Tuscany; exploring the wines of Bolgheri to the classic Super Tuscans of Chianti down to the southern reaches of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
