This in-person program introduces students in a structured way to wine styles, storing and serving of wine, and food and wine matching. This is a two-day program. All wine, printed materials, and the exam is included. Printed certificates and lapel pin mailed upon receipt of exam results.
Classes held at the UClub at Rice Eccles Stadium, University of Utah campus. More details upon registration.
